Max Guthrie
Attorney
Max Guthrie is an attorney with Lee Hoffoss Injury Lawyers, focusing on motor vehicle accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, and hurricane claims practice areas. Max earned his undergraduate degree from Millsaps College in 2004 and then received his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2009.
When Max was just getting his start as a lawyer, another lawyer told him that the most essential part of the job is remembering that lawyers are here to help people. That is precisely what Max is passionate about at Lee Hoffoss Injury Lawyers. Max knows his clients have gone through one of the worst days of their life and the lawyer must try to make things better. His favorite part of his job is doing everything he can to make things better for his clients.
Besides helping his clients, Max is also passionate about his hometown, Cameron and Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Max is a board member of CameronAnswers, a nonprofit dedicated to helping the town recover following Hurricanes Rita and Ike. Max is also an active member of the Cameron Parish Lion’s Club.
Max is married to his wife, Amanda, and they have two children, Davis and Laurel. Max is an avid reader and movie fan, and he also enjoys cheering on his favorite reams, the Houston Astros, LSU Tiger, and New Orleans Saints.
